A new guide to plant selection dedicated to species native to New England and the mid-Atlantic region, replete with information on wildlife value as well as physical characteristics and growing conditions. The introductory chapters are essential reading for new gardeners. We love the inclusion of many promising but relatively unknown species, especially in the annuals and vines sections, which will hopefully become more available in the nursery trade.
