We currently have two job openings, and each one, in its own unique way, offers the potential reward that comes with making important contributions to the growing native plant movement, and to our programs and operations over the coming years. We seek talented individuals with a genuine passion for our mission who enjoy working in a small staff group. Successful candidates will have the ability to wear multiple hats, and be eager to dig in and to assume responsibility in a context of teamwork and cooperation.

Executive Director

The Executive Director will ensure that Grow Native's unique and widely praised programs thrive and continue to grow. He/she will be responsible for managing the staff team, for leveraging and supporting the strength of our community and volunteer base, and for working with the board on all aspects of running our nonprofit operations— from finance and budgeting, to fundraising, to ensuring excellence in communications. Office Manager

Our Office Manager will manage the basic operations and day-to-day needs associated with running our programs and with general nonprofit administration. We see this role as "the glue" that holds all of our important work together. We seek someone who is highly organized, responsible and reliable, and good at working with both people and systems. This is currently a 20 hour per week position with the opportunity to evolve to 3/4 or full-time, based on the candidate and our organizational need.
